8 business days hahahha. that is not even close, This is the third time something like this has happened and it will take a lot more than 8 days if it is the same problem. I speak on 3 boards and there are close to 100 people now writing that they put claims in for checks in may and have still not received it.

i just sent them the following email. (Sarah was the name of the support person who replied to my initial cashout inquiry)
note: i am in davis, ca - about 500 miles from escondido [ QUOTE ] Hi Sarah, I am disappointed with the speed of your check delivery. 1-4 days allowance for processing is acceptable, but 3-11 days for delivery is ridiculous. Regular mail in the United States takes a maximum of five postal days. During my last cashout, I received a check from Escondido, CA. It was postmarked TWO days before I received it. It is beyond ridiculous to suggest that ELEVEN business days for regular USPS delivery is acceptable. As well, that check was postmarked on the second business day after the cashout was approved. Full Tilt should strive to process check cashouts as quickly as possible, not provide itself as much leeway to allow for absurd delays along the pipeline. I requested a cashout the weekend before last for $4500 via check. It was approved before the weekend ended. Today is the EIGHTH business day since then. It has not come. This is unacceptable. I do not care what time frame you stipulate if those numbers are unreasonable. It is fairly obvious that you assign the most elasticity to the segment of the delivery process over which you have no control so that you can shirk responsibility for any delays. This bothers me even more since I specifically inquired about delays before requesting this cashout. If I had known I would have used epassporte. Now it is obviously too late for that... I rely on poker play to pay my rent and other expenses. If you cannot process my cashouts quicker I will happily take my business to a site that does. [/ QUOTE ] |

i am going to say over 50% of cash outs from the beginning of june are still withstanding and full tilt will tell you to wait 70 days before they put a stop on it. they are full of [censored] and i am getting sick of it. 15 business days is a joke and 70 days to stop a check is absurd.

The only explanation for a 70 day wait is they are switching processors. Has anyone gotten a check recently when you requested it in June? I mean what other reason would there be for 70 days? That's completely unacceptable and insane.
