this is so crazy I moved in with a flush and the guy had the nut flush and the pot was played all in and I only lost what was in the pot (he almost had me covered lol) I saved a screenshot of me allin but imageshack is not letting me load it

question I can't find the answer in the tournament rules, isnt he just disconnected in a tourney? why does he get all in protection?

In my SnG, the clock kept running. Went from 100/200 right to 600/1200 blinds.

Happened to me as well. Went from 75/150 to 300/600/50, with 7 players left. I was second chip leader, and all of a sudden had an M of under 2.

I sent Stars an email asking what they can do about it, since they're supposed to roll back the hands and restart from the point where the server outage occurred.

Hello,

Thank you for your email.

Some players were disconnected from PokerStars.

To preserve the integrity of on-going events, we paused all tournaments at
that time to allow players to return.

All games have been resumed at this time.

If you were in a tournament that was affected by this, please email us
back at support@pokerstars.com with the following subject line "Tournament
refund request - followup" and we will be glad to review.

It would also be helpfull if you could please provide the tournament
number.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

As you can understand, we have many similar requests, so this will take
some time. We will process your request for a refund as soon as
possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Thank you for your patience in the meantime, and for choosing
PokerStars.

Regards,

Troy

I suppose I can be an ass and request a refund for the crapshoot SnG that I busted out in 9th, but not for the 45 man crapshoot SnG that I finished 1st in.
