Not saying that RR is right and I'm sure not saying that bill is right either but clearly this was not thought up right in the first place. There's no clear proof but emails? Anyone can forge those emails, it's not hard.

see my above posts and previous ones with regards to degen...i definitely do not like him and hell no, i don't trust him...i'm just saying he has an argument here, though i won't be in tears if he gets scrued in the end...

I'm sure we all saw this coming...although in some ways, it's a shame. The thread was providing good entertainment, and had some educational value in regards to dealing with RR or RakeAid. That being said, we'd probably seen all we needed to be able to make decisions on that front, and I suppose such bloodshed isn't necessary in this forum. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

they have already both lost out. lesson here imo is treat people with respect and always keep your word and try to settle disputes as amicably as possible.

I would likely tell affiliates that I (Anthony Martino, wouldn’t use AJ) am the new owner, and I’m a long-time poster on 2+2 under the name grandgnu, etc.
