There is a section on Omaha H/L in Super System 2
The chapter was written by Bobby Baldwin, and covers playing it in limit format.

Bart Supersystem 2 had a section on O8. I believe Bobby Baldwin wrote it with help from Marc Gregorich i thought it was decent...although I don't play much O8.
