7-9 weekdays, 7-10 weekends. If I don't get 7 I'm nearly useless. Getting better, but multiple days of not getting at least 7 hrs and I'm toast.

that sleep where you take naps every 4-5 hours are there any side effects, and will you break out of it if you decide to one night sleep for say 8 hours? cause it sounds so worth it if you dont lose the "ability"
