Rocky Balboa - Last round when Rocky gets knocked down and as the ref calls out the count Rocky's life basically flashes before his eyes. I thought that montage was really cool.
Wedding Crashers - Will Ferrell in the "Mom!!!! The MEATLOAF!!!!!!!" scene Band of Brothers scene already mentioned is so BA. Any Entourage scene involving a rant by Ari Gold is priceless.

Lord of the Rings Two Towers- I like the scene where Gandalf rides up on the 5th day and says "Theodan King stands alone" and then that other guy and all the Rohan riders pull up behind him and they charge.

I would include some lighter fare as well:
3 potential scenes from The Blues Brothers 1) Restaurant scene 2) Matt "guitar" Murphy recruiting scene 3) Scene near the end when they go to the Daly center with 1000's of cops chasing them, turn in the money to the assessor then get arrested
