Anyone else have the same problem as me?
If I open 1 table up, there is no problem everything works fine. If I open 2 tables up, all of a sudden I lose sound at both tables and the action grinds to a halt and after a couple of hands I get sat out....how are people multi tabling at this site? Would getting more RAM help? I can play multiple tables at any other site with no lag so it's pretty ridiculous that two tables is crashing my system. |

When I first started playing on the site, I had a lot of problems with the software lagging really badly if I tried multi-tabling. Turning off animations really helped. It still lags a bit, but it's not too bad for the most part.

Would getting more RAM help? I can play multiple tables at any other site with no lag so it's pretty ridiculous that two tables is crashing my system. [/ QUOTE ] I alternate my play between a relatively new (6+ months) high end laptop and a fairly old (6+ years) desktop pc. With the laptop there is very little, if any lag. I can have multiple applications open and even have streaming music. On the desktop, there is noticeable lag with two tables open. The sound is disjointed. Three tables open means that about a quarter to a third of the elapsed time is expended before I can act. With three tables open, sound is useless. Four tables open is inadvisable. This is with no others apps running. With two tables going I might open Firefox, but that's about it. Doing a PT import is asking for trouble. Adding RAM was a noticeable improvement on the desktop (though all the above commentary concerns play after I upgraded). I added a little over a gig of RAM to the 256K or so that was on the system and it was well worth it. I can play nine tables easily at Stars on the desktop without much, if any, lag, so apparently processor speed is a key consideration when playing at WPX. |

I don't even see the difference with the animation turned off versus it being on...everything seems the same to me, but it's not laggy like before. |

I didn't see any difference either, but it worked and I wasn't going to question it. |

Yea it is fixed- First-Pay is now working again. They never told me what the problem was. WPEX told me that first pay had problems a few weeks ago too, and it took them a few days to fix that as well.

384 players online right now. That's pretty sad.

Things that need to be fixed in order of priority.
1. Slider for NL games: Hands need to be playable within less than 2 seconds. With the current system many times I have to enter amounts in manually. This is a HUGE thing. It affects the game quality tremendously. I should almost never have to enter a bet in manually. 2. Have the tables pop up when it's your turn to act on the table: This creates flow in the game and also alleviates fear that you are holding up a different table that you are playing at. The slider and this problem go hand in hand 3. Eliminate the warning message for too many open tables: Again this impedes on getting tables open that you want to play at. On Pokerstars for example you could have multiple tables open even if you aren't playing at them. Sometimes I might want to watch a certain game to see if I want to play in it. Or if I am playing three tables I might have had a table open that I decided not to play at previously and it makes me close that table before I can open another one. 4. Smaller/Resizable tables: This isn't a huge priority for me but for some people it is. It is a problem currently because the tables don't pop up when it's your turn to act. Seriously though unless you guys are losing money and barely holding on your strategy of running your business is just terrible. You guys could be really successful and you just squander it. Maybe programming a playable site is really hard or expensive. Maybe you guys are just broke or something. You say you are on here everyday but yet you don't communicate an understanding of how you want your business to be. Even the sportsbook could be improved substantially. I seriously WISH I owed your business and had 2 plus 2 posting threads to help me. This site could very quickly be a Billion dollar business. I bet I could acomplish that goal within 1 year. How many programmers do you have? It would be cool to know what type of operation you have over there. If this is something that 10 people run out of a house then I can understand why you are having trouble. Could you tell us more about the staff at WPEX? |

It happened to me yesterday. I thought it was impossible until it happened.
