Whiskeytown, CrazyEyez

How do you guys not have snowblowers? I thought that was a requirement to live in MN.

This storm is awesome, I'm not gonna complain about it. Last night we went out at about 2:00 am and went sledding down the streets. I feel like a little kid again.

I thought that March is historically the snowiest month in Minnesota.

No snowblower = teh suck.

My neighbor's died on him yesterday. I loaned him mine. It was 20 years old and his engine seized = not worth fixing. Bad news is all the hardware stores have all their lawn furniture and grills out on display now. He won't be able to buy a new one until the fall. Hopefully mine is up for double duty for the rest of the season.

just moved into the house in late Dec. - with the little we've gotten, it wasn't an issue - I can do 3-5 inches on my head with the shovel

18-20 inches is another story - and it was after the other 12 inch snotstorm - and like the other guy said, you won't find one now in the stores till almost fall.

This was a wild storm, worst I've seen since '91 right after I moved here, and the first winter I've ever had a house, so snowblower budget is a little tight

He really is a cutie. Our last dog was the beast from hell. He would turn psycho viscious with no warning. I had to take him to the no kill shelter.

Also, who knew Mr. and Mrs. Utah were from MN? How ironic. Were you catching babies 15 years ago? (I swung at that intern and missed, but she deserved it.)

Thanks. Not a mean bone in his body but he has knocked me over from time to time.

Utah chose his name from the character Johnny Utah from the movie Point Break.
I came to 2+2 way after the fact.

No not catching 15 years ago and have never been swung at.
Heh...it makes me wonder who it could be. I have met a few that I would like to take a swing at.

I have a 10HP 28" wide and I'm still tired of this. Not only do I have to plow the driveway, but also a path around the house to make room for the snow I shovel off the roof (I have good attic insulation).

I think this winter will be it for me. I hate the cold and the snow.
