People who are MORE AWARE are the ones who will have problems with the fees. Those who are LESS AWARE are less likely to be bothered by it. [/ QUOTE ] I've seen people pay a $3 fee to get $20 from an ATM, so there are definitely people out there who don't care about fees.

I decided not to get the card, and immediately after that it was gone. I just looked now and it's still not there.
