Me too, I went through the process on the 22nd so hopefully it will happen early this week. I did get the Visa Electron card in the mail though. Not that it does me any good at this point.

i just got my small deposits, took 11 business days. then the best way to initially load your account is with debit/credit card, its INSTANT
now ive cashed out 3.5k from FT and paid the $5 fee to increase my daily limits from 500 to 1000. i jsut tried to cashout 1000 to my bank account and it said, sorry your maximum withdrawal is 600! wtf does this mean and why isnt that stated elsewhere? whats the phone number for these guys??
