not really.
If he had taken the approach that Suzzer or I recommended the response would have been a lot better.

They really wasn't much about their actions that they should have been 'defending' anyway because they were just so bad.

But coming on here and saying, "We really screwed up. We've learned a lot and are making dramatic changes," (without the part about blaming their customers) would have been good.

That, and if they gave the people who this affected a little extra (not sure what, maybe a free entry into another big tournament?) would've made them look really good.

This would have been a nice way to apologize for the horrible way they were treated as well as win public-favor with the masses.

It definitely would have been the right thing to do.
