I seriously don't get why anyone would bother to defend their actions on a message board - they'll get shot in the head no matter what basically. lol. [/ QUOTE ] not really. If he had taken the approach that Suzzer or I recommended the response would have been a lot better. They really wasn't much about their actions that they should have been 'defending' anyway because they were just so bad. But coming on here and saying, "We really screwed up. We've learned a lot and are making dramatic changes," (without the part about blaming their customers) would have been good. |
