Re: Heroes 11-13
Holy [censored]! Just found out who plays Sylar. It's listed in IMDB if you look at the whole cast under Paul Sylar. I won't list it because it's a bit of a spoiler, as far as who plays him.

Why didn't Sylar kill Hiro in the diner too? Has Hiro yet to be identified as "special?" [/ QUOTE ] sylar had no way of knowing that hiro had powers. good thing he didn't do a cheap trick to impress the waitress. |

Re: Heroes 11-13
El D,
You're right. Saying it has the potential to be the best show on TV is way too much hyperbole. The acting is indeed suspect in places, and there are apt to be wanton plot holes that develop. That said, I'll revise my claim that it could rise up to be the most entertaining piece of crap on TV. |

Re: Heroes 11-13
[ QUOTE ]
Things that suggest the waitress may have met Hiro 6 months ago: - She got the Japanese book for her birthday 6 months ago. - When asked how she knows they're tourists, she abruptly says "just a guess" and changes the subject. [/ QUOTE ] I just thought it was "obvious" that they were tourists because of their broken English. [ QUOTE ] She liked the way his cheeks wobble when he concentrates. When would she have seen him do that? And why does she pretend not to recognize him? Does Hiro tell her about his power and instruct her to act as if they don't know each other? [/ QUOTE ] These are good questions. We might get the answer later. |

Re: Heroes 11-13
I'll agree with Jedi on the tourist thing. She just seemed like she didn't want to offend them by saying "just a guess"

Re: Heroes 11-13

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] did the girl say how she learned japanese? didnt she say someone gave her a how to book? i could be totally wrong.. but if that is what she said maybe hiro gave it to her in the past when he tried to go back n save her? [/ QUOTE ] Great catch. I totally overlooked this. She told Hiro and Ando that she got a japanese phrasebook for "her birthday about 6 months ago and just started poking through it last week". Given that Hiro appeared in her b'day photo at the end of the episode, it's likely that he's the one who gave it to her. [/ QUOTE ] ***SPOILER*** in white below <font color="white">In IMDB the girl that plays Tina (Texas Tina) is listed as appearing in 7 episodes, one of which is titled "Six Months Ago"</font> [/ QUOTE ] Texas Tina is Nikki's friend. |

[ QUOTE ]
Both of them have identical marks on their necks. Have we seen that mark on any of the other heros? [/ QUOTE ] I haven't actually checked, but if you look at the one where scientist guy looks at his father's hard drive, if you look at the code, the same mark zips past the screen then too. At least, that's what it seemed like in my drunken haze. |

Re: Heroes 11-13
Yeah, it was easier to see when Mohinder was watching the same thing on his dad's computer in New York a few episdoes ago.
That's the "curvy S mark with two strikethroughs" though, and not the marks that are on the necks. The marks on the necks appear to be just the strikethroughs. |

Re: Heroes 11-13
I'm kinda confused, is HRG good or evil? In the intro the voiceover said he was "the face of evil", but then when he met Isaac it doesn't really seem that way.
