I have eaten these duck eggs, where the duck is partly developed in the egg. You hardboil it like a regualar egg. You can feel the feathers and duck bones crunching as you bite into it. Pretty gross feeling, but tastes ok with salt, pepper, lemon juice. It's an asian delicacy.

I dated a philipino chick, who thankfully did not eat these, but her brother did. Just brutal |
