Unfortunately I think the $10/180s might be pulling players from both. Last night it took like 35 to 40 minutes to fill a $20/180

[/ QUOTE ]Small sample size. The day after party announced pulling out the 4/180s to FOREVER to fill. I think a lot of poker players may have been spooked. But then they started filling up quickly again. It could be that Stars was just having less traffic overall last night due to the bill finally being signed.

Who knows? We'll just have to wait and see.

Pretty sure this is the reason they don't start of running em all day long though. IF they are pulling people away in the evening, imagine what the middle of the day would be like.

I hate 10 minute levels. I just get blinded away.

There might be some holes in your game.

<shrugs> I like it.

Then again, I like deep stacks and most of my background is in sports betting and live limit.

Fact is, for a long-term strategy, the 4.4's have never interested me all that much. They're soft, sure, but a $216 for first just isn't that appealing where the frequencies for winning are involved.

A half-grand for 1st and the likelihood most 4.4'ers will be able to sustain their overall ROI makes it a feasible middle ground because the jump to the 22's can take quite awhile.

Well it's hard if you don't get cards and you cannot steal blinds if your table is full of loose players.

I kind of like this but I would have maybe prefered a slightly bigger field of like 270 players, instead of the 180. Or Shaun's idea of 10 minute levels. Something to change it up from the 180 mans.

All ideas I complied and put in that thread and letter to Lee Jones in May, maybe you guys can resend it or get Justin in on it?

They're a little under my roll but if these filled decently and didn't take too much from the 20s I might play em a lot since they would only take like 2.50-3 hours, plus it would help me fill out a decent number of tables.

Obv these new tourneys will take a lot of fish from the $20/180s, but they bring some fish (fewer) from the 4.40. I played one today and it played a lot like a 4.40.
