I would have won 100$ if the senate would have let me bet on this game!

If you don't use this you are just blowing your chance. Might as well sell your tickets.

QFT. This is clearly the best so far.

Yeah, while I like my entry I have to say this is best.

Update?

Did the OP make a sign and take it to the game?

Little did I know that the Dodger Game was the least interesting part of my night. LOL gunfightaments outside Commerce. Here's a short report, with perhaps a longer trip report thread coming later:

- I did make 5 signs
- Dodger Stadium has a no sign rule, but I snuck them in
- My seats were on the other side of the row from where I thought (they number right to left for some reason) so I was never in a TV shot that I know of (I'm checking a recording of the game right now and where I thought I was sitting wouldn't have had much if any TV time either as far as I can tell)
- Annoying security people were stationed 5 feet from my seat at all times (telling one guy to sit down because he was the only one standing, until 5 seconds later when everyone rose for a 3 and 2 pitch)
- I never used the signs, mostly because I was looking for the right opportunity when said security wasn't busy being [censored], but then I got caught up in the game and forgot
- Omar Minaya, Mets GM, sat right in front of me
- The game was great and sucked at the same time...1 posteseason win in 18 years now
- After the game, my buddy and I go to Commerce
- We donk around at 2/4, he leaves about midnight and I go play 3/5 NL
- Shots are fired outside the Commerce at 2:30(Thread about it here)
- I'm getting destroyed at the tables and I'm ready to go home soon after, only to find out I won't get my valeted car for 4 or 5 more hours....YIPPEE!
- I get more money from the ATM to kill some time and get destroyed again
- I end up spending 5 AM to 8:30 AM power sleeping, freezing my ass off, and being totally miserable in a chair at an empty poker table because Commerce does jackshit to accomodate those of us that are basically being held hostage all morning (I know it's not their fault, but they really could care less about us, only acknowledging the situation by announcing "Don't panic, please go back to gambling" over the loudspeaker...classy!)
- At 8:30 I wander over to see if I can get my car and happen to make it into the first group that gets keys and is escorted to grab our own cars from the valet lot (after the valet asks if I have paid yet, at which point with keys finally in hand I basically tell him there's no [censored] way I paying them $2 to go grab my own car 6 hours after I wanted to leave after sleeping in a chair for a few hours)

So, now I'm home on very little sleep and I'm going to take a nap. Here's pics of the signs and some game stuff...

The Signs

Congratulations 2006 NL Comeback Player of the Year, Nomar Garciaparra!

Shawn Green vs. Greg Maddux...very weird considering a few years ago Green was one of my heros and Maddux was one of the biggest enemies

Omar Minaya and his hot wife

I almost forgot I took these crappy cell phone pics. The first one is the gunman's car. The second is the CHP car right behind him where you can maybe make out that the driver window is shot out.

That isn't the lesson you should have learned from this thread. The lesson is that playing poker in the ghetto is gambling with your life.
