I made my 2nd withdrawal request from Pokes, (the first having taken three emails and 17 days), and now after 5 emails to help@pokespoker.com I have zero responses 18 days later. Almost three weeks now and I have no responses to any emails and have no idea who to turn to. It's really upsetting and I need my money out of there.

ok guys, so clearly there are lots of us having problems at Pokes right now. i say that if they do not start coughing up money soon, we pool resources and consider some type of group legal action against Pokes/Futurebet. For all of u guys having cashout problems there right now, send me a PM with your email so i can create a mailing list.

When I was in a similar boat a couple months ago I managed to find Future Bet's address searching the net. It just happened to be in the city I live, Vancouver. I believe they are on Water St. Not sure if this helps at all but you could maybe contact them directly if you find the info.

kahntrutahn sent me this when I was looking into rakeback on Ongame awhile back. I never did signup but this is the PM I got. I wonder if he would like to share just who this fellow 2+2er is that owns Pokes that "caters" to the 2+2 crowd???

"Pokespoker, as I said previouslly, owned by a fellow 2+2'er and we cater to the 2+2 crowd.

Payments Monthly on the 10th, though our weekly payment program should be live next month (I dont know if you follow Ongame, but the recent patches, and some backend data changes, have delayed the weekly payment program from being live this month)."

Payments made via Neteller. If a player is raking 2k/week we can have you paid directly to your account."

He also sent this when I asked about my concerns with Futurebet....

"No, payments are not handled by Futurebet. Please read below if you are interested in the details:

Our processing of player funds are in no way connected to FutureBet other then we use parts of their cashier software. We have independent relationships with processors like Neteller and privately hold all funds. We also have our own, personally trained cashier support team working with us.

When a player on our site wins or loses money from a player on another site connected to the network, we must make exchanges with the OnGame network to keep a clean balance. Unfortunately the network can be slow at keeping their balance paid, but so far we have had enough cash flow to suppliment for this fact.

Other FutureBet sites have had severe problems with processing due to the fact that they set up their processing services in a central communal fashion. FutureBet setup relationships with processors like Neteller, FirePay, etc. and then attempted to handle all the services for all their sub-licensees. This was chaotic as FutureBet was unable to handle the volume and they were too disconnected from the issues of each specific site which meant the overall service turned out bad.

We were well aware of this before we started dealing with FutureBet and made sure we got a master license detailing our full control over processing and most other services. As we move forward, we will eventually move away from FutureBet entirely, but as of now they are responsible for little more than hosting our gaming license and providing phone and live chat support.

Futurebet does not handle our cashouts and we have not had cashout issues. We've averaged cashouts within 24hrs and late cashouts are within 48hrs and this has been true for over four months now.

Finally, I personally have 30k there... and I've cashed out over 40k with no issue. The owner, as stated previously is a 2+2'er and understands what we as semi-pro and pro players want and is doing everything in his power to make a good site for us "

after reading this thread i find it very strange that some people have got recent cashouts from pokes and claiming that the site is straight.

i made 6 cashouts on september 10th and i am still waiting for 4 of them of a total of about 17k. appearently pokes makes difference in different people and their promises in their mails are worth nothing.
