You are in your cell 21 hours of the day. 1 hour is spent in a general pop. lunch hall. 1 hour is spent in the yard (again, general pop.) The last hour is spent doing laundry/plates/etc. You ARE given a limited selection of books, and even paper and a writing utencil.

You cannot leave and re-enter. Once you're done, you're done.

Does this change any opinions?

I think my willingness to try this is based on the fact that I could use the isolation time to write/work out/plan for investments.

What makes this so interesting to me is that a lot of us don't have any idea how bad it is. That's part of the risk.
