Ugh, I dont see this being a problem to me. But obv. to the fishies. But I still see a huge black market being created here. I know lots of live fish in miami that play party poker. They all know I keep lots of cash on party, this will basically start more money laundering problems from desperate fish wanting to give people like me cash for money on party.

But how can they ban neteller lol? Party won't. Cash out from party poker to neteller, then request a check from neteller (up to 100k). The check is issued from a weird company which doesn't say neteller anywhere on it nor asssociated with it.So I have no clue how it will be enforced.

Nothing is really being changed here, no credit cards work I think at the moment. Just the bank issue. Easy to get around imo.

I think this has more to do with the sportsbook sites in the united states which can be enforced better by prohibiting certain type of funding/cash out like neteller.

no way they can enforce this man...not like checks issued from these sites are actually from them, they have legit ways around this by setting up seperate companies that do it.
