Generally speaking if you can manage to interact by mostly looking at their eyes and face you have a much better chance of getting somewhere with big-breasted women (at least in the old days when big breasted women/girls were rare and the breasts were usually real).

I suppose today a woman who paid a few grand for them would be annoyed if you didn't constantly stare.
