Honestly, we are confident enough about this that we would provide such a guarantee - but how would we be able to confirm it? Before you know it every losing player would come to us with claims and work the loophole...

[/ QUOTE ]

You seem perfectly confident in other respects that you can't possibly know with certainty--all the while you knowingly encourage people to pay you money to break the rules at a poker site.

Now that your post is fixed, I hope you get hacked, cheated, or shut down by someone else who doesn't care for rules.

That's the problem with people like you. Can't do anything yourself.

Honestly I really don't give a xxxx if you use it or not. The software doesn't make nearly the difference you indicate anyway. The point is using the software does put at least to some extent your account at risk. There will be no recourse if your account is locked regardless of how you interpret the T&C. Party has warned people to not use it. Party has in the past detected it. There IS a risk. PokerEdge knows this. Yet PokerEdge is trying as hard as they can to give the impression that it's risk free. They are simply lying to customers no matter how they try to sugar-coat it.

Come on...give me a break. Using some software that helps me in game selection is far away from cheating. It breaks the rules like many things do. Collusion and using stolen credit cards is a totaly different thing.

How would you know???? I know !!!

If you can't run any software without others able to detect it; you are also a fool.

So you don't want to cheat, but you don't mind breaking the rules?

I wish I was a mod so that I could check the IPs of all the people claiming to use PokerEdge, and laugh when they're all from the same place as the PokerEdge account.
