Re: post a fundamental rule of poker
Whenever you are in set over set situation you will have a smaller set.
Ace rag always beats pair higher than the rag If you have TT-QQ and the flop is rags AK is gonna call you down and river his pair.He will proceed to saying "i put you on AQ" If there is a horrible fish on the table he will stack you twice then quickly lose that money to everyone else. Tournament poker is 95% luck, 5% skill If you slowplay your opponent will get runner runner that beat your flopped nuts When you run good it is always because of your skill, when you are running it is always because of bad beats |

Your fifteen outs are 5% to hit with two cards to come.
His five outs are 85% to hit with one card to come. |

Re: post a fundamental rule of poker
If you are ahead when you go all in, and villan sucks out, there is a law that dictates he will suck out in the most dramatic way possible. KQs Vs AA never wins by 2 pair, it either makes a full house or a flush.

Re: post a fundamental rule of poker
i know this is directed towards limit but... when you're all in, the "1.5 out runner runner 4 card flush" comes in about 534 percent of the time. And you know theyve got the 4 of that suit everytime.

Re: post a fundamental rule of poker
If you lose most of your stack in a nl cash game, miss reloading, and are left with 10BB's at the start of the next hand, you will flop quads.
If you are left with 3BB's, you will flop a royal flush. |

Re: post a fundamental rule of poker
If somebody makes a crying call with 2 undercards that are suited connectors, they will hit their river.
I just got knocked out of a donkament by 4-5 suited when I had a higher PP for the 3rd time in the past few weeks, one of the times the guy even said it was an accidental call. |
