also, steroids make your mandibles increase, so basically your mouth/jaw just blows up when you are on them. this picture kind of emphasizes that point if true. HGH makes your forehead into a fat fivehead, see Barry Bounds for examples on this obviously

IE this is kind of a non-story. The one from before getting caught looks pretty much just like the one from after. In the first one he is probably just flexing. Also, the first one does look like it could have been doctored at some point.
