Yeah I just caught up on the last few episodes. That "Night Man" / "Day Man" bit was ... wow. One of the best things I've seen on TV in... I don't know how long.

Tonight's episode was prereleased on their MySpace page before the season started, but it's amazing. Other than last week's episode, it's been the best of the current season.

Yeah, night man was one of the funniest things ever; reminded me of Charlie Goes America All Over Everyone's Ass.
BTW I feel like this season is the most inconsistent; some of the episodes are really good and others are really meh crappy sitcom humor. Turns out, this is the first season where the episodes are largely written by other people. The first 2 seasons it was all the original cast writing everything and now it's lots of different TV writers. Charlie is like the best comedy actor on TV, the man is gold.

A lot of the first two season eps seemed to have higher concepts/themes around them than most of season 3. A lot of season 3 seems to have been "let's put them in as wacky a situation as we can think of."
It's still very funny, but other than "Mac is a Serial Killer" and "Sweet Dee Dates a Retarded Person", most of season 3 has been a clear notch below the show's previous work.

The rest have been good too, but I put those four above the rest.
