steak snobs go crazy because we know that the pure flavor of the steak is awesome when properly prepared by the chef, and has no need to be paired with an overpowering sauce like A1.
But yea, it's your steak. Have it however you want. But I'll still cringe and judge you from afar.

I actualy like heinz 57, but thats probly even worse. I usualy have to settle for A1.
P.S. I enjoy eating steak with no sauce, but sometimes I like a little steak sauce. I could care less what anyone thinks about it. Also I dont pour it allover the freakin thing. My cousin does that and it drives me nuts. I saw him dump half a bottle on his steak. Thats outragous. I just like a little on the side.

You are supposed to eat the steak sauce (which is delicious and available in some supermarkets) with everything BUT the steak. The proprietor goes down to the meat market everyday and picks porterhouses from teh top 10% of all cuts there. So it's pretty good.

Peter Luger's is consistently voted the best steak house in New York. You are supposed to eat the steak sauce (which is delicious and available in some supermarkets) with everything BUT the steak. The proprietor goes down to the meat market everyday and picks porterhouses from teh top 10% of all cuts there.
