I can't remember whether the scene actually evoked tears, but it's pretty powerful in Sophie's Choice, when Streep has to make her choice at gunpoint.

Dumbo - The part where his mom is in jail and he goes to visit her

Charlott's Web - Charlott dies

Liar, Liar - The whole relationship with the dad and his son and the way the dad breaks the kids heart over and over but the kid still loves him.

Old Yeller - Yeller gets put down

The Little Mermaid - The part where I realize she's just a cartoon and I'll never get to have sex with her.

There are more... I'm kind of a sap.

Mufasa Dying
The end of Forrest Gump when he is talking to the grave.

There must be others but those are the two that get a lump in my throat every time.

Another Morgan Freeman movie:
"Glory" when they are walking past the white troops after volunteering to be on the front line for the attack on the fort, and someone yells, "Give 'em hell 54th!"

This is the third time or so we've had this thread, but I'm never sick of bringing up the most under appreciated movie of my generation. The ending makes me weep.
