[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] There are 4-6 million laying hens 150 miles or so north of me. Where are they going? [/ QUOTE ]That is a whole different--yet equally fascinating--story. I'd start a thread about why there will be no more birds, but the outcome of my sex thread has sown doubts about it staying on track. [/ QUOTE ] Please DO. [/ QUOTE ] Maybe tomorrow I'll learn how to improve my pancakes. |

[ QUOTE ] To the hijackers: you can only have this conversation because (at present) there are plenty of unfertilized eggs to go around. Enjoy it while it lasts. [/ QUOTE ] What Hijack you started a thread with zero content , I thus save it into a thread about delicious omelets. You should be thanking me that the mods haven't seen your 0 content post and given you a * [/ QUOTE ] oops, way to blow his spot killa |

[/ QUOTE ] I went home for Father's day and my mom made a batch of Finnish pancakes which are basically just crepes with syrup and they are so amazing. Recipe couldn't be easier. I think it's 4 eggs, 3 cups milk, 2 cups flour, 1 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 stick of butter. |

Awesome stuff. |

Re: The middle class cannot survive the death of monogamy
Here is my omelet recipe:
Heat 8 inch skillet with 1/4 t olive oil and some freshly cracked pepper until the pepper starts to sizzle Take a handful of spinach and put in the pan with a lid. Cook the spinach a little and reserve. Beat two eggs. Put a little more pepper into the hot skillet. Pour in eggs. Wait about 30 seconds and then place spinach in eggs, near handle. Add some cheddar cheese. Cook it until the edges start to brown. Flip omelet towards handle, holding handle at an upwards angle to ease the flip. Fold onto a plate when done. |
