i think i realized that i cant live with making 9$ an hour and im too lazy to go get a good paying job, so i either had to get good at poker or be a brokeass making 9$ an hour.

I started in 2006(12th grade) when I came to the realization that playing video games was not going to pay my way through college. Working 40+ hrs a week @ close to the minimum when a monkey could beat the kiddy stakes just didn't make sense.

I stared playing after seeing those "pros" on TV and realizing that they had no clue what they were doing. Now I beat these so-called TV "pros" on a daily basis.

My boss and some friends had started playing in 05. They came over and played at my place a couple times, then he introduced me to Rounders and some WPT and WSOP. I'd played some poker as a kid, so knew some basics. Then, my boss got me playing online. I started out calling flop bets because I had 3 to a straight and 3 to a flush, and lucking into top pair.
