my opinion: he didn't necessarily look guilty, as much as ashamed. I think he knew what was going on. He might not have been on the take, but he knows Absolute is a POS and can't really defend them. He also knows he sold his soul.

If he appears to be guilty. He is guilty.
If he looks guilty. He is guilty.
Just because there's no evidence to exonerate him. He's guilty.
Salem was over run by witches at one time too. They took care of them with no evidence. Hmmm.

What happened to innocent until proved guilty?

Glad you bunch aren't on a jury in a real criminal case....

trial:jury::scandal:2p2 ?

I like your presumption that INTERNET MESSAGE BOARDS should act like TRIAL JURIES. Have you been to teh Internets before? Should we all start talking in legalese like the other troll?

BTW, aren't lawyers supposed to be good at convincing people? I think I might see why Seif is not more litigious.

So in your mind does a credible "expert" have to be 100% right. Nat may or may not be right but imo he is still a credible "expert". Added quotes as I do not think an expert in this field can be truly defined.

[/ QUOTE ]
not 100% but maybe something close to at least 70%?

imo there is no way Nat has enough information/proof Mark's innocence to that degree.

Exactly. Nat's opinion is obviously an informed one, but the way Seif refers to him as if he's a supreme court judge, really makes him come off as grasping for straws.

EVERYONE: Yeah guys, WE KNOW that we don't have the [censored] HH that proves Seif is guilty. All we're saying is that he is acting as absolutely guilty as [censored] possible, every step of the way. He's still doing this, just like how Absolute is still lying to us.

Is this how you talk when you're innocent?

"I didn't hear a lot after that for a few days; I asked for an investigation, I was assured that one was gonna be done. And then a couple weeks ago, was when things really broke open!"

"I've met AJ Green. Uh I met him when I was in Costa Rica. Uh, I met him twice. AJ seemed like a uh, like a uh guy, you would expect to find in a sportsbook. He seemed to have a very free sprirt, seemed like a nice guy was very nice to me. Uh, he, uh, I found nothing extraordinary about him. He liked to y'know party, he had a bit of, he had long hair, he had a bit of a free spirit, but um, nothing real egregious. He uh, certainly didn't talk about uh, any hole cards. "I think this incident could occur on Poker Stars, I think it could occur on Full Tilt. I think it could occur anywhere. The real issue is how the company handles it, after the fact. That's what I'm waiting for. I'm waiting to see how Absolute Poker responds."

And this guy plays poker and is a lawyer???

I nominate him for

Yes I agree that nonone has sufficient info to prove guilt or innocnece at this point regardless of ther expertise.
So I guess, for now, using that one session we must all make our on decisions. A couple of days ago, in the other ABS thread, I put forward a couple of ideas that might help with that decision. I find it odd that there has not been other evidence (more sessions, HH's etc.) of his cheating. Are most people thinking it was a one time thing?

This kind of thing could happen at Poker Stars or Full Tilt

WTF? Why even try to drag the good names of legit poker rooms into this?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yep thats the part that bothered me the most. That was completely unacceptable, unprofessional and very Absolute-like.

[/ QUOTE ]

seriously, drag everyone else through the mud; what a pos.

All, I have a few questions for/about Mark Seif. I believe in the 1K tourney about a week ago Mark said that he has lost over 1 million, can anyone confirm this?

Second-In the convo with the AP Korea guy, the tech suggests Mark release say his two previous months HH's- Mark says that would disadvantage him. If he is a 1mil loser overall, I dont see how this would disadvantage him-he OBV has some major leaks in his game and this might actually help him. Also when the AP Korea guy suggested posting 2 months HH's to help him out, Mark said ( a little to quick for my taste BTW) thats not what the online community wants. Like in The Wizard of Oz where the wizard says "pay no attention to that man behind the curtain". If the last two months Mark is still a donk (lose 1mil=donk IMO) the that might help him.

Finally, can anyone graph Marks earnings from the day Stuckinpigh made his allegations until now? And the post his earnings going back the same time frame? Just curious, Thanks.
