then you have been lucky in the quality of smoke that you've had. Its only happened to me twice, once from a really schwaggy bag I had when I was a frosh in college, and then from taking way too big of a bong rip with water that desperately needed to be changed

Yeah I was always roommates or friends with dealers, and always got good stuff. I've only smoked bad pot like once or twice.

I think I've accidentally guzzled my fair share of damn nasty bong water, though. Guess I got lucky that I didn't get sick. Mebbe it not being from stinkweed helped a little.

Why?

a)It's fun and feels good
b)It changes your perspective on life and reality as well as enhances your experience and awareness of it
c)It makes you aware of the workings of your mind in ways you may have not previously thought possible
d)It's a LOT of fun

I'm sure I've posted it here before, but my favorite comment along these lines came from the late, great Ollie Joe Prater:
