I'll leave it to others to nominate, as I'm still laughing too hard to get organised.

lately the mod forum has been a source of frustration for the EDF mods. i think daryn especially has been wanting to get out for a while, he claims he isn't even gonna post on 2+2 anymore but we'll see what happens there.

as for myself, i don't harbour any ill will towards ryan for de-modding me. it made me realise once again the different views i seem to have to a lot of mods. i stated i was done with modding and have seemingly been reinstated against my will. i wasn't attempting to 'punish' anyone or 'leave with my ball', it just seemed a good time to get out.

i do however feel really bad for ryan/mat/NT! with all these mods leaving in such a short space of time. i'll hang around for a while in a small role with a view to being replaced over time.

Given that daryn was thinking about taking over for NT as the OOT mod who gets the most flak and deals with the most complaints of idiots, are we going to be looking for someone else to fill this role, or is NT going to keep on keepin' on?

Yeti, thank you.

If you really want to depart, i don't want to keep you against your will. If you can consult with nt! about another oot mod, i'll appreciate that.

I'm still waiting to speak with Diablo about EDF, but I can remove you from there now as well if you wish.

Although I'd just prefer daryn and Yeti to stick around, I'd suggest Aloysius for OOT mod. He's beloved and smart and a good poster. He also hasn't ever asked for modship which is pretty cool.

As for EDF, I read it a lot so I could help out, but I am sure there are better candidates than me.

Well now I'm loathe to endorse anyone as I feel I'm now less popular than our president and anyone I recommend will be stuck with the albatross that is being associated with me. It's like when I got out of the produce game ten years ago, I recommended one of my hardest-working guys to backfill me, but I think they were pissed that I quit before the holidays so they snubbed him and brought in some tool...who only lasted a year at which point they promoted my guy, who still manages that department to this day.

Oh yeah, topic. Aloysius would be awesome. killa would be awesome. There's actually a lot of good choices.

daryn, Diablo and Yeti are quitting modding and/or 2p2?
