[ QUOTE ]

I find him [Jamie] arrogant, BAD, and thinks himself very clever when he's just plain annoying.

[/ QUOTE ]

Arrogant??? Arrogant????!?!? Have you even read or seen just ONE Jamie interview?? Obviously not.

Bad???!!? Let's say I hold the chip lead at next year's main event for more than half the tournament and am never all-in once...If someone called me bad at poker without even playing a single hand with me, I'd make it a law to personally execute said person with a nail gun to the head.

Thinks himself clever? Ah, redundant ignorant point as you already said arrogant. Kids these days, so full of negativity. Ignorant, stupid negativity. And I don't get what's annoying about him to be honest. If anything he's extremely entertaining to watch and creates sparks at any table he plays at.

[ QUOTE ]
No-I think he things they're laughing with him not AT him.

[/ QUOTE ]

So you've played with these guys before and know them all well? Then shut up with the unfounded blah. Of course they're laughing with him, they're all nice people to the core.

I thought Baxter was half decent until his shove after supernit Hellmuth's minraise with only a crappy draw

[/ QUOTE ]
Hellmuth only had like 30k left at that point. With an open-ender this is an automatic shove imo. Mike Baxter knows what he's doing.

FWIW, Bob Safai is soooooooo good for the game it's not even funny. How bout that hand against Gold when he floated the flop, hit TPTK on the turn, then insta-called when Gold CRAI(with top 2) and said 'What do you have, 3 10s?' LOLZ.

Anybody else notice Jen ask Sammy & Eli if they were splitting each others' action? That would explain a lot.

I thought Gold played that J8 hand against Baxter very well.
A lot of players would think they should bet on the turn when Baxter weakly checks the K, then just be happy to check behind with their draw and hope to hit...they don't have the balls to go with their read and try and get the other player off the hand. Gold does.

He's definitely less douche-like this year.

Although he was a laughable tell-box vs. Eli on that trip Kings hand...
