any fear of getting lost or anything like that? were you in contact with people that could help you if you were in trouble? what was your furthest point away from the coast/land? insane. |

[/ QUOTE ] It would be hard to get lost as long as you can read a chart. Most of the time there were no other people in sight, but if we got into trouble we could use the radio. We were never more than 30 miles from the coast of Baja, so we could always see land. Charter companies usually chose bases in areas that are easy to navigate and hard to get into serious trouble. Our next trip will either be to the British Virgin Islands or Belize. Look for another trip report in April... Irieguy |

damn irie, u may suck at poker, but u r one cool cat away from the felt i thought sailing was all work and no play, but u make me wanna trade in the yacht for more adventurous days on the SF bay.
