I got a question:

As I understand it, many many Germans speak good english, so why were they the first to get an international forum? Seems like 2+2 would bring more traffic by making the site more accessible to countries that don't speak much english. Or were the people who came up with the idea German?

Just curious.

This is very true. Germans get English in like 3rd grade well before language brain lock sets in, so even those that end up going to trade schools will have had plenty of English.
