Yeah!!! I used to go there all the time. My meal was usually ribs, brisket, & double jambalaya (the best jambalaya!). Sometimes I got the jalapeno sausage as well. You ever go to Hickory Hollow?

Yeah, I work about a half-mile from Hickory Hollow. It's just OK, IMO. Goode Co. blows it out of the water. But I do go to Hickory Hollow occasionally due to its proximity to my work. The Goode Co. I usually go to is off I-10 near Voss/Bingle.

I used to live in Houston. The barb-q at Goode Co. does blow away Hollow's, I loved their chicken fried steaks though, and their french fries were maybe my favorite fries ever.

I find Goode Co. to be pretty underwhelming in all its variations, but their barbecue isn't bad, I guess.
