I live in Kentucky too.

At a recent funeral for a friend, the preacher somehow got off on a tangent about how "ashes to ashes, dust to dust, god made adam from dust, there are people who want you to believe we evolved, well I say evolution is a big crock of hooey"

Pretty disrespectful. Especially because the guy was a metal head and I can't imagine him wanting a speech like that or gospel music being played at his funeral.

This exact same thing happened to me. One of my rough ass friends overdosed and died. At his funeral this guy came up to talk and starting telling everyone how they were going to burn in hell. Way out of place and wrong.

Seriously though, Kentucky's not that bad. Everywhere has it's share of idiots, it's just that a lot of our roads suck too.

The only bad thing that I can say about Kentucky is that we have some of the most screwed up weather. At certain times of the year we can go from 70+ degrees one day and in less then 24 hrs it can drop down to the 30's. Other then that, It's perfect.
