Do you have a gay friend? Get him to go shopping with you and you're good to go.

PS. I'm serious. I went to Berkeley and I'm just glad gay guys don't like girls or else they would've get all the good ladies.

Do people think Express is really that bad?

[/ QUOTE ]

Express isn't bad. Especially on sale. The problem with it is that if you only shop there, you look like every other college guy who got dressed up to go to a bar.

[/ QUOTE ]

The problem with Express is the cuts suck and it's euro-inspired clothing.

take a girl with you shopping. not as a date but be like 'hey, my clothes suck, come to the mall on saturday with me help me pick out some good stuff'. ull get a new wardrobe and get to spend the afternoon gettin to know a cute chick. easy game.

[/ QUOTE ]

thats placing an awful lot of faith in one girl, no? We are talking an entire wardrobe and I get the impression I shouldnt be looking for clothes in a mall (?).

but i like your thinking either way.

[/ QUOTE ]

By all means take a girl shopping with you, but for God sakes don't listen to a word she says. Women have the worst taste in men's clothing.

[/ QUOTE ]

echo + haircuts. Don't ever let a woman [censored] chop your hair.

Don't go to Nordstrom's this is where you go if you want to dress like your parents. Try a Barneys Coop or carefully walk to Urban Outfitters - try to avoid the things you're concerned with. You'll see too many of the graphic tees and such.

Nordstrom's semi-annual sales are a good place to pick up a suit, if you need a suit sooner than the sales, inform a sales-person, they'll help.

no [censored] tod's!

they're terrible. Buy some real shoes - if you're into dress shoes/boots, then try Hugo Boss or Kenneth Cole or Prada. If you're into athletic shoes be cautious because a lot of them are really ugly, but try pumas or some of the higher end adidas. Don't buy basketball shoes unless you intend to play basketball.

[/ QUOTE ]
ban, ban, ban.

Kenneth Cole?
