[ QUOTE ]
I tried to upgrade my membership 3times yesterday and I got the error message every time. No confirmation was given so I assumed the transaction didn't go through. However, I received 3email receipts from Andrew Wiggins for the transactions I tried to make. It takes a couple of days for the transactions to appear online, so I am not 100% sure if the money was taken out or not. Funny part of it all is that I can't watch any videos. When I log into my dashboard, it says I need to upgrade. I would like to know what the situation is and hope it will be resolved soon. I really wanna watch the CTS video. Thanks.

This is my exact situation as well. I lost my CC and my account was canceled and i didnt get a new one until the day of the new site launch. My CR name is the same as 2p2.

When I try to stream the videos in IE7, after I enter my user/pw in the popup I get:

[ QUOTE ]

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 5
Char: 1
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method.
URL: http://www.cardrunners.com/drm/login.cfm

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Yes/No

[/ QUOTE ]

When I select yes, the play box stays greyed out forever.

I do not have this problem when I try to stream the videos using FireFox, but using FireFox everytime I want to watch a video is somewhat of a hassle.

Also, when you go to "My Dashboard" and then click to see the ten most recent videos, it doesn't show you the most recent videos in chronological order - it shows them in some sort of semi-random order. gp's 74th video is shown first followed by 4 actionjeff videos, etc..

CTS's video doesn't show up until the bottom of the third page.

These are somewhat minor bugs that will be fixed as soon as everyone can properly access the site and videos. We are aware of them.

Anycall,
We are aware of this problem and are looking into it. As long as you have emailed admin and explained what happened, your account name, etc., it will be sorted out as soon as we possibly can. It's quite a big ordeal to fix all of these issues but we will as soon as we can and I will let everyone know here.

Actually, all of these problems stem from the fact that we are trying to improve our product. We are adding features and improving the quality of the talent.

I really hope people bear with us as we are trying to make this right.

Will I receive a refund for not being able to use the site? The least you can do to remedy this issue is have CTS give me a 2hr coaching session.

Taylor, if this is all in-house then whatever and good luck with the new site.

However, if you're paying another company to design and implement your website then you need to seriously think of finding another company to work with. The new site contains way too many basic functionality problems that should never have made it into the production version. I'm not going to continue because I don't want to offend anybody if it is in-house.
