Question for anyone having the SQL Error problem with 0 imports and errors appearing in the sqlerrors.txt file in version 0.13b (please verify that this is the specific 0 import issue by making sure you have that sqlerrors.txt file after trying to import and it should say something about invalid expression)

Are you able to successfully delete a database from Options - DB Maintenance - Delete DB and then have it created successfully when the app relaunches or do you get weird errors, have to login to pgadmin, edit the connection string, try launching it a couple of times for it to work etc.

Thanks,

rvg

Cannot successfully delete DB from within Holdem Manager, but after deleting the DB in pgAdmin, Holdem Manager is able to re-create it successfully the following time it is started.

I deleted the DB and HM created a new one without any errors. But it still cannot import the hands.

Can we currently search for players info when running the player report? Or just have to search manually by sticking it in alphabetical order and scrolling?

Please sort out the importing.

I am currently auto importing hands from PP with HM pointing at FPHG folder.
Started about 8 hrs ago and the time has gone from 3 secs to 18 secs per import because HM looks all the way through every file.

Looks good so far and particularly impressed with how well the first public beta worked.

Looking forward to lads/prima support as that is my main ring game site at the moment.

All the best

if you click on the dropdown on that players page you will see one of them says "Get Stats for Single Player". I'll be adding the ability to add multiple players to the list and grab stats for just those players.

Never mind - thanks to help from a bunch of people I've been able to pin point the problem. Basically I try to create a database connection to run a query and for some reason the creation of the database connection fails and that causes the queries to fail...

So, that "The Error: An invalid argument was supplied" did not happen on the query itself, it happened when trying to use a connection string that was working a few seconds before with a different connection... Maybe a connection pooling issue with postgres or something?

So, still working on a fix but I've also found some time to get started on Prima. Will also be adding Ipoker in the next little bit.
