I would also really like to know where IY got his information from.

As far as I can figure the Phoenix was responsible for 2 kills, the wolves were responsible for one, Jigsaw has put Lastchance in a torture device, and we have one kill unaccounted for which could be from the inquisitor, the serial killer, rambo, either a good or evil FGP, or something else completely random.
