I said earlier this year, Sheffield, Watford, and West Ham. I am sticking to that, because like KDawg, I think Charlton has some quality.

It will be weird for Benitez, he will probably move on in CL, but he is sputtering in the EPL. 11 points from the top is quiet a margin.

Charlton and Sheffield United are #20 and #19 for me. #18 could go to any of a few teams. I like some of what I've seen from Watford, but their results have been pretty bad. West Ham has the players to do better (they should be fighting for a UEFA Cup spot, not relegation), so I think they shouldn't be so worried but must do better. Manchester City and Watford look to be the leading candidates for my third drop.

I've liked Fulham's play for the most part. They did look like garbage against Charlton a couple weeks ago in the first half, but Jensen came on and they were like a completely different team.

Manchester United and Chelsea need to look out for Arsenal. If either team stumbles and/or Arsenal keep their current form up, they may very well win the league.

Random thought, is Bolton's Ivan Campo one of the most underrated players in the league? He's got the perfect touch for placing balls into the box.

few thoughts...

You may be right about Man City. But really we are looking at 5 or 6 bad teams at the bottom, and the rest of the league seems pretty competitive. Obviously some serious quality at ManU, Chelsea, and Arsenal.

I heard a rumor that Clint Dempsey might move to Fulham. If so, he could provide some energy and depth to that team. I think Dempsey is a good player.

Arsenal could conceivably be 2 points behind ManU and Chelsea, what with that game in hand. Plus their depth is immense right now. Offense is rolling, defensive players coming back. If they get Ribery in January, oh lord, look out.

As for Campo, dumb luck for me picking him for my fantasy team. Been one of my best players.

Call me crazy, but I don't much like Ribery. He has great energy and there's no question he's a decent player, but I don't think Arsenal really need him.

RJ, how much did you pay for that? My fake Fabregas jersey cost me $30, and it looks good.
