I'm gonna rant a sec...

To all the people who feel it is necessary to post in the NL threads that get here... why??

Our mods are active and omnipresent. The thread WILL get moved.

The 'wrong forum' post to start the thread gets moved with it, so it ends up in the right forum with 'wrong forum' posts.

If the wrong-forum-poster doesn't realize his mistake (and doesn't get a PM notification), the next time he goes to his uNL forum his threads are there and the 'wrong forum' posts are probably confusing.

If you wanna learn the guy, PM him, is I guess what I'm saying.

I don't go to the botched NL threads to "learn" someone, I go to mock.

You need to make a new one. The German Forums have been squeezed in between, and there's an even LARGER gap between us.

My edit was even slower. Well, that and you were on a new page, so I didn't see it.

Looks like we're due for a new NC thread in not too much time. Consider nominations officially open.

I don't really think I played any street badly, just wondering if the suckout could've been avoided/lessened.

[/ QUOTE ]

Sure. Next time beg him to fold the flop instead of calling when he has an 11% chance of winning the hand or the turn when he has a 23% chance of winning. Failing that, just check it down from the flop, that way you lose less.

[/ QUOTE ]

Even tho this thread is locked, I can't help being a nit:
According to the FTOP we want him to fold on the turn.

MrWookie:

Incorrect. I can move posts within a thread, but I take the whole chain of replies to that post with it, too.

MrWookie, you've never taken any of my nominations. I have a good one this time:

nOObs, this is not the NL forum, gosh dangit!!

This serves a dual purpose (and very well I believe). Feel free to take creative license on the wording.
