why do people feel the need to blow large sums of money when they go on tilt? i mean i've sat at a NL2 table before and pushed every hand and i went through a few rebuys in a $5 rebuy once when i was on tilt, but i can't imagine actually trying to blow off an amount of money that is meaningful to me. seems that it would only compound the problem... i don't get it.

from now on, if anyone feels the need to "blow off steam" by playing 25/50 NL, please just transfer me $5,000 instead. I will cash it out and go buy something fun with it. this is obviously better for everyone involved.

I've been thinking of saying something along these lines, certainly when I have bad days and my 'inner gambler' or whatever is just sick of seeing all the donks suck out on my nit ass - I feel the need to blow off steam. I go donk it up in the $3.40 HORSE games, for the love of money to go big NL cash.
