[/ QUOTE ] depends on the restaurant. jay, yeah you eat most all smoked fish cold, but they can either be prepared by cold smoking or warm smoking. anyhow, I love both. cold smoked is great on bagels and such, warm smoked is great with potatoes and salad or with scrambled eggs even.... |

Octopus just tasted inedible...like chewing on random non-food things you find around your house. |
