Give me a break. Million posts like this. I have actually provided several posts detailing my experience and advice Point is 1)The company CS is awful 2) Many different headings would be much more helpful for people looking for answers, not just one Gigantic post.

WTF this thread has been wrecked by the HHH's.
Has anyone ever actually gotten a call back from ePass CS ? Twice now when I've called they've taken my number and said they would call me back and I have yet to get a call from them. Dunno if maybe my cell network is blocking them or something. |

No. Same here. They will def. not call back. Def. follow up yourself. Also, they will get cute and give wrong names and say supervisors arent there and then the next day you call they will say yes they worked last night. Awesome company. GL. Keep calling.
