What do you mean by procedure? You register at this desk/counter place in the casino, and they give you a ticket with your table and seat number. I think credit/debit cards are accepted, but I'm not sure. You also need some poker club card that costs like $2. The tourneys are in some big room that is reeeeeeeally cold, so bring a sweatshirt or something.

they put it in different places, sometimes upstairs and recently they've been having them downstairs too. both are probably well ACd though wrt being cold

NEWSFLASH: TOUGH POKER TOURNAMENTS ARE STILL NOT ACTUALLY THAT TOUGH IN THE GRAND SCHEME OF THINGS.

Oh. Last time I went for the HPT thing it was upstairs,and it was soo freaking cold. Maybe it will be warmer this time.

i have been in like 5 different rooms, up stairs on the left, up stairs on right in the arena, on the casino floor in those random meeting rooms. It could be anywhere.

Anyone know what to expect from the 200R? Can I play it just like a deepstacked 600 buy in tournament or does it play more like the 3r on stars?

well it does have a double addon so the absolute minimum you would be in for would be 800
