Is this tournament (ME and higher buyin side events) going to be tougher because 18-20s can play?

What do you mean by procedure? You register at this desk/counter place in the casino, and they give you a ticket with your table and seat number. I think credit/debit cards are accepted, but I'm not sure. You also need some poker club card that costs like $2. The tourneys are in some big room that is reeeeeeeally cold, so bring a sweatshirt or something.
