I have a cold and probably fever but I just had my best day so far:

Now I'm only down $1.5k for the month.

1 july: -$1.35k (trying out 8-tabling, tilting and spewing, 5k hands)
2 july: -$1.75k (8-tabling, tilting and spewing, 5k hands)
3 july: +$0.5k (back to 4-tabling, good solid poker, 2.5k hands)
4 july: +$1.1 (4-tabling, good solid poker, 2k hands)

My BR is at about $4150, I started w/ $5 and have been grinding it up, beating 100NL now.

I'm thinking of spending $250 out of my roll for 6months of cardrunners videos. good idea right? How many of you guys do this? am i way behind the curve? it isn't talked about a whole lot...is this almost as standard as owning PT?

I plugged multiple small leaks immediately after watching a few of the later videos. Highly recommended.

Wow, up 4 buyins, then set over set + 2nd pair rivering trips put me on monkey tilt and I'm down 3 buyins. I'm so bad at this game.

gonna go against the grain and say CR is virtually useless if you are already being 100NL.....TC just seems so beyond nitty and super painfully standard in them. he is playing mostly on super soft sites imo also.

most of you will say this is a waste of time and have better things to do but if you google a players name you can find a lot of stuff about them. I'm playing with this one guy at 200NL and I found out he was playing 25NL just four months ago and he won a WSOP package. thats impressive.

Its also funny when you find someone who use to play 5000NL and went busto.

Or someone who made a post on a forum 3 years ago begging for $1 on pokerstars.

I do this all the time as well....you'd be amazed to find out how many blogs/forums you can find. I like searching for myself to see if people post any hands where they have trouble with me. It gives me a look inside their head.
