all i can say to player Quixoticist on Stars... die [censored] DIE!

52/48/5 aggromonkey sitting at 8 tables with monster stacks.

all these in 1/2 hour vs him:
3 flopped sets vs flsuhdraws ai on flop. 0 for 3, -5 buyins
3 overpairs vs draws all in on flop. 0 for 3, -3 buyins
AA vs JJ ai PF. 0 for 1. -1 buyin

cant even bring myself to post any of these. poker is so rigged

that is all.

Default Re: SSNL [cheese] thread: JUNE 2007 (nc)

I'm writing my 20-page term paper in Professional Responsibilities (class on the ethics involved with software engineering) on Internet Gambling. This is by far the largest paper I've ever had to write, so given that it's due tomorrow I obviously got a headstart on it by starting last weekend and saving the last 8 pages for tonight. I have 15.5 pages done, gogogo!

Anyway, playing poker has made this way easier for me because I get to draw on my experiences. I have two pages defending poker as a game of skill (and thus legal under the UIGEA), as well as a page and a half explaining the predatory practices us 2+2ers use in hunting down fish through things like datamining and PA HUD (after all, we're supposed to look at both sides of the issue).

Any other easy arguments I could add in based on poker?

that sucks Spec - I had a horrible run at 200NL in the beginning of may which made me drop down as well. I kept running like [censored] and im still there

It wasn't all running bad though. The downwing made me realize that my game is lacking in so many ways..

God, Barney Frank is my hero. I want to take this speech and just print it out and turn it in as my paper:
