1. Be optimally prepared b4 playing (sleep, food, working out, good state of mind etc.)

2. Continue to improve on not tilting; taking appropriate breaks

3. Play FW poker classic smaller events, sattelite 10K event.

4. Continue to play well at 2-5 NL live.

I just don't understand how some people can keep playing so bad and keep winning. who needs odds when you never miss I guess.

aejones instructional video is done, but not completely done... how do i link it or post it on here? so i have to host it somewhere? it's like finished but still in the camastastastia whatever software, what now? thanks... it should provide at least some entertainment and maybe even help some people with their games

ae, no idea probably have to upload it to some site to host it.

In a project of my own, I will be starting a blog, the first order of business being to chronicle in depth the downswing I am in. It is mainly for myself I think, but I would suggest you guys read through it when it is complete. I hope none of you ever go through something of this magnitude and maybe this will either scare the [censored] out of you are make you realize some of the things I did wrong that got me where I am and show you what not to do.
