from what I have seen of ajven I dont think he is a bad player and I dont think he is a very good player, he is fairly ABC and more than likely makes 0.75-2PTBB/100 playing NL200...

play enough hands and it shouldnt take long to have the roll to play NL400 (25-35BIs)

well u can see from his went to showdown and won at showdown he was running terrible on that shot.

[/ QUOTE ]

How does that prove he's running terrible and not that he takes [censored] hands to showdown? I have a hard time believe anybody playing 13/4 can be very good.

And this 200k from 1/2 in 7 months thing sounds ridiculous unless he's playing 100k hands a month.

He isn't good and the hands posted that he won with today ANYONE can win with. Here is what some of my notes on him look like

Limped in behind donk with kk then smooth called when a tag player raised and donk called then went broke on a A-6-4-J-J board.

He certainly isn't the worse player ever and I don't claim to be the best but my point is I sure as hell need to be moving up if he is winning.

he'd need to play a lot more than 100k hands a month to clear 200k in 7months

1ptbb/100 over the whole timeframe = 28k

bonuses/etc maybe another ptbb or so, so if he's beating it for 6.5ptbb he could

otherwise he prob has to play 250k hands a month

3k hand samples, wtf are you kidding me, thats the most ignorant thinking ive seen today, perhaps even the last two days. get like 20k hands on the guy and then you could make some sort of inference based on hands youve seen and not the accually amount of money he made or lost.

[/ QUOTE ]

My definition of a "good" player is one that wins money. I don't care how you win as long as you win. The more money you win the better.
If someone has more hands on him that show him playing well then post it. I'm not moving to 400 just to get more.

lol two;

You have a whole lot to learn.

This is a simple example and one you should understand. I play 9 tables. Say you sit with me on two of those tables and we play 24 hours straight. You could have 10,000 hands on me. Those 10,000 hands could say that I am -2,300 and I am a horrible player. In that same time, I could be +5000 on the day because of my other 7 tables. I think that should be easily understood as to why you are way off on this subject.

I hope this is leveling.

I've seen him run ridiculously good the last few days in the 2/4 full ring, but just the same good players run good too. I have him at 15/9 and think you guys are a little out of line saying he's a bad player.

We aren't saying that really. The player who has 3,000 hands is saying it and I think it is maybe a joke because I don't think he is actually using that to judge the player but you never know
